Gait & Running Assessments begin with looking at the feet, footwear, ankles/knees/hips, and functional movement. With a full assessment, we can analyze each patient’s movement patterns. We aim to identify the weaknesses and imbalances that can be causing injury or affecting performance. This will allow us to correct any form abnormalities to resolve injury and improve performance.
