Welcome Dana to the Balance Team! Dana graduated from the University of Alberta and has over 20 years of experience. She has completed her training in advanced manual therapy, functional dry needling (IMS), myofascial release, advanced STOTT Pilates, Total barre & Zenga and providing effective exercise prescriptions.
Dana specializes in Pilates and core stability exercises. She has found many health and therapeutic benefits to Pilates and has incorporated it into her treatment plan for patients. Aaron was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba where he pursued his Bachelor in Nutritional Sciences. Furthering his passion for health care he went on to complete a Bachelors in Medical Rehabilitation in Physical Therapy. Aaron continuously strives to improve his skills through continuing education. His goal is to provide patients with the basic foundation and knowledge to recover from injury, pursue their passion and live a balanced lifestyle. Aarons’ passion for physiotherapy is reflected in his welcoming personality and providing a positive environment.

LAUREN HAGAN
Registered Massage Therapist

Lauren is a 3000 hour Registered Massage Therapist. Using her training and experience she specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish Relaxation and Myofascial Release.
As a figure competitor, Lauren has an interest in strength training, health and athletic disciplines. Studying the muscles and anatomy of the human body is a passion of hers.
In her spare time Lauren can be found in the gym or fostering and volunteering for many local animals rescues. Lauren’s mission is to provide her clients with the highest quality of health care and individualized treatments.

LAURIE LITCHFIELD
Registered Massage Therapist, RAPID

Laurie is a RMT, certified through M.H. Vicars School of Massage Therapy and an associate with Massage Therapists Association of Alberta and a RAPID Specialist.
She is passionate about bringing relief to those who suffer with the pains and discomforts caused by our modern world. Using a client-focused approach, she creates treatment plans catered to the client’s independent needs. Laurie has developed skills in many areas including, but not limited to, assessment, deep tissue, myofascial, joint mobilization, relaxation, basic manual lymphatic drainage, and more.

KRISTINE RITCHIE
Registered Massage Therapist

Krissy graduated from the Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in 2019. Since then, she has remained a member in good standing with CMMOTA and has continued her education to be able to offer specialized services such as dynamic cupping, therapeutic myofascial release, hot stone massage, basic lymphatic drainage of extremities, and basics of reflexology.
Krissy’s education and experience offers a different approach to massage aiming to find and treat the root cause of her client’s pain and playing a vital role in restoring function throughout the body including the musculoskeletal system and improving the nervous system all to restore the body to pain free movement.
She is extremely compassionate and comes from a genuine place in wanting to improve her clients’ quality of life. Her knowledge in body mechanics lends itself to her being able to offer specific and personalized massage therapy whether you are experiencing stress and need to relax, dealing with degenerative disease with chronic pain or a professional athlete

ROSE WILLIAMS
Registered Massage Therapist

Rose is an experienced massage therapist who has been registered since 2006. Graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster, BC. She is passionate about working with horse riders and athletes to help them work towards a pain free life and functioning at their very best. Rose uses an effective combination of deep tissue and myofascial release techniques to increase range of motion and get the body moving correctly. She also works to educate the mind/body awareness of movement patterns to help reduce pain and improve performance.
Rose enjoys keeping up to date with the latest research and continuing education with courses. Neurokinetic Therapy, Anatomy Trains for Fascia Release and RockTape Kinesiology Taping course have been some of her favorite courses she has attended.
While not at work she is at the barn working with her two horses, or at the gym correcting her own movement patterns/posture and staying strong and balanced for riding, work and life. Having experienced several injuries and fractures over the years, she has gained first hand experience in pain, rehab and maintenance to keep her own body feeling great.

TERI-LYNN WINTER
Registered Massage Therapist

Teri-Lynn graduated from Makami College in 2022. She is a registered 3000 hour Massage Therapist. She is passionate about connecting with you and being an integral part of your health care journey.
Teri-Lynn continues to add to her education in order to better serve her patients. She is currently improving her skills by using Rapid relief therapy.
She enjoys spending quality time with her children and being in nature; hiking, biking or in the gym.

Mel was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, and has worked as an office administrator for over 20 years. Her charismatic attitude comes from her experience on the job and her willingness to help provide the best service to patients.
Mel is excited to be part of the Balance team and is happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Her goal is to make sure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently so patients are satisfied when they leave.
