Aaron was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba where he pursued his Bachelor in Nutritional Sciences. Furthering his passion for health care he went on to complete a Bachelors in Medical Rehabilitation in Physical Therapy. Aaron continuously strives to improve his skills through continuing education. His goal is to provide patients with the basic foundation and knowledge to recover from injury, pursue their passion and live a balanced lifestyle. Melissa graduated from the Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2004.

Her orthopedic based training and the love of sports has led her to work with members of the CFL, NHL and with Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet.

With 15 years’ of experience in clinical practice, Melissa has had the opportunity to work in various teaching and mentorship roles with two Massage Therapy Colleges in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She was also elected to the Board of Directors of Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba.

In her spare time Lauren can be found in the gym or fostering and volunteering for many local animals rescues. Lauren’s mission is to provide her clients with the highest quality of health care and individualized treatments.

Sarah Reader graduated with a Bachelor of Physical Education, majoring in Sport Performance, from the University of Alberta in 2008. She is a registered 2200 hour massage therapist specializing in orthopedic and sport massage therapy. For the past 11 years, Sarah has been a certified fitness instructor, which has led to her teach, design and supervise fitness and recreational programs.

Sarah enjoys bringing a holistic approach to her massage practice, incorporating her background in sports medicine and exercise therapy. Creating healthy communities is a passion of hers and enjoys inspiring others to become healthy and active.

In her spare time, you can find her spending time in the outdoors hiking and camping with her husband and two sons.
